Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Defects Warranty
All purchases include a warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship present in the product. It does not guarantee that the product will last for any particular period of time and is not a guarantee of durability or service life.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear; scratches, fading, deterioration, or other effects of normal use; accidental damage; damage caused by misuse or improper storage; damage caused by modification or alteration of the product; or damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose.
If your Pit Vipers have a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, submit a warranty claim using the form below. We will review the claim and, where it qualifies under this warranty, provide the remedy available under our warranty policy.
